MOBILE CHILD RESCUE UNIT 2025 RESULTS

The team of social workers in the Mobile Unit amazes us with all the children and their families they work with in a year, and in wartime conditions.

In 2025, they had 314 families in crisis in their case load, totaling 611 children.  In 201 of these families there was alcohol and/or drug addiction.  55 children had to be removed from the home for their safety and placed in centers.  151 children were enrolled in kindergarten or school.  The good news is there were 75 families, totaling 145 children, who overcame their difficult life circumstances.

In addition, approximately 800 times humanitarian aid (food and other necessities, diapers, medications) was provided.
