FIRE RESTORATION PROJECT

Since the June 2023 fire that left just the brick outer and inner walls and some of the roof, we have been providing funding for the restoration. Completely new plumbing and wiring have been installed, roofing is done, and now the drywalling for the walls is underway.  This drywall part of the restoration is being funded by Harvest City Church in Vancouver, Canada.

It is a very large house with 5 bedrooms and a huge multipurpose living room – before the fire it was home to 8 mothers in addiction recovery and 16 children between them.  Lena, who founded and oversees the home, is very anxious for the time they can return and overjoyed to see all the progress.
